Yes browsing is super dead here , with some packet loss these 2 days but latency is not really affected .. 130ms during this time and 70 to 90ms at non peak times ... i'm positive they are working on this too since nuclearcat did mention clearly that this week VISP will be running on a reduced capacity meaning that some issues will appear at peak times until they get everything sorted out as it should be.

yeah, hopefully by the end of this week or the one after we will have speeds back to normal

If you are over SubISPs - most of them will get their own capacity.
All things related with slowness not related to VISP

Is the internet we're getting right now the finalized new package ? If so then it's disappointing. I'm a ps3 online gamer. I can't play online most of the day. From 2 pm till 2 am it's unplayable.

results on pingtest are awesome. 68 ms and stuff, but it's not translating into real-time gaming performance. After 2:00 pm, internet starts lagging, spiking, and disconnecting. 3:00 pm .. it's unplayable.

hey nuclearcat, Im also facing an issue. whenever I try to download something, the first couple MB download at 120 kb/s then it slowly drops untill reaching 5 kb/s or even lower. could ou give me a hand about it? Thank you.

DSL implementation are in progress.
As they told most probably after 11 nov, but i cannot guarantee that. I will let know in twitter, when i will start working on technical things.

Very slow connection from several days, i hope it will be better. This is the mini speedtest in the customer panel page, this should give me 1Mbps

For plans - yes i have that in mind, but it depends a lot on conditions of DSP.

I dont mind long term contract as long it includes a guarantee that the quality of the service will remain constant. Can you guarantee that?

Online gaming latency is pretty good. we had some connection outages yesterday including one time where I couldn't connect to my account but otherwise, this connection is good for online gaming now. But no outage so far today :)

Only issue left is the bandwidth. seems like download rate dies early evening.

Well, the game you play doesn't require much bandwidth. =p

But, it's like, everyday, starting 3-4 pm, ping starts to dramatically rise. When I ping to google now, I get responses that vary between 200 - 800 ms responses. At 1:00 am ... it's stable at 60-65 -ish ms, which is great, but it's not feasible to stay up till late hours each day just to get a glimpse of online gaming.

i only play at that time till morning it's the only time i have a stable connection

I play WoW and CoD 4 , latency becomes more unstable and gets higher but technically yea i can manage to play except in some rare situation when packet loss becomes very high..
