nuclearcat wrotehussam, you changed network card on computer connecting to account, if it is another mac on new one - call support ,they will reset mac lock.
Hi nuclearcat, I changed network card a few days ago and called visp support to reset the mac address. they said they did that. it worked for two days. now today it stopped working. when I called VISP today, they suggested it is the box on the roof and they said they will send someone on monday (48 hours from now) to check it out.
Do they open their offices tomorrow? maybe I can ask for another mac reset.
