My first HDD was a 20MB one, on an IBM 8088 XT. Damn, I was lucky. 20MB was the highest capacity available (10MB / 20MB). Still keep it :D

My uncle must have some 10mb and such hard drives stacked somewhere, he keeps everything.
I remember when hard drives were under 100 megabytes, my uncle bought me this great game from germany, it was on 5 inch floppies, some sort of space simulation (really great game), star wars style. The game took up 7 megabytes on the hdd and that was a lot, more then 1/2 of the capacity.
Hard drive sizes grew so fast.
