Thinking about getting a mac

Raising some money to eventually get an iMac.
I'll install both xp and ubuntu, so i'd have the three major OSes on one box.

Here are the specs:

# 500GB Serial ATA Drive
# ATI Radeon X1600/ 128MB VRAM

# Apple Keyboard & Mighty Mouse + Mac OS X (US English)
# AirPort Extreme
# Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR

I'm currently the IT in a small office and I'd like to switch all computers to mac, the main problem is the price!
How much would you get that rig?
BTW if you want to spare there are these little mini macs boxes.

Mini macs kind of suck :P ; as for this it costs around $2100, so i'll have to raise money for quite long.
