I don't know why I used to use it though :)

i think it is RIGHT-A - C - UP - B - UP - B - A - DOWN i am sure i still have my game and Sega so i will try XD i remember it too (P.S:B is for fatality 1 for reptile to eat the enemy piece by piece).
