Dear Lebgeeks members,
I've been a lebgeeks.com user for quite some time and I’ve seen a fair knowledge and interest in GNU/Open Source and Linux in general.
Since its foundation in 2004-2005, the Lebanese GNU/Linux Users Group has established a small community of Lebanese hardcore Linux (or Unix) users that try to make it easy on computer enthusiasts or normal computer users to seek for alternative ways to use computers, to build solid and secure IT infrastructures or to simply perform normal office tasks by offering help, distributing Linux distros, proposing job positions and much more.
My question is for your guys with null, little or advanced knowledge of Linux and Open Source. We are interested on knowing how many of you are willing to attend seminars, tutorials, install fests, and social/tech. meetings to be able to organize them in a proper way in the right location.
Note that our goal is to have a kick ass Linux users base in Lebanon so that potential businesses could open, invite important gurus to talk in seminars and exhibitions and to simply widen our knowledge in computers the way it should be learned.
Kindly leave me some notes, ideas, comments or email me at sadus [at] leglug [dot] org for personal inquiries or you can simply join the Lebanese GNU/Linux Users Group mailing list by going to

Sincerely,
Haytham EL-KHOUJA (a.k.a Sadus .)
