samer it's an old article, if you read idm's FAQs about DSL, they say that there are no limitations over downloads uploads and sessions.
nuclearcat I think both kinds of ADSL accounts must be available. With limit, and without any limits. At VISP will be done like that. And i prefer completely open policy regarding this.
