On November 17, 2004, Hotmail Wave 10 will incorporate new features and functionality related to: Human Interface Proof Validation; Sending Photos; Junk Mail Filtering; Anti-Virus Scanning on e-Mail Forwarding; Contact Cards; Sender Identification; E-mail Search & Sort.
Human Interface Proof (HIP) refers to the process of validating customer accounts to prevent automated programs from sending spam. Customers are prompted to validate their accounts by typing in the characters they see presented in a picture.

maybe they have applied it as a beta to a bunch of accounts.

if it is a beta, or anything related to that kind (accounts havin, and others not havin), musnt they inform the members by sendin emails? instead of sendin advertisements such as "msn plus" or "get in touch with msn messenger" bleh....but in the end, we may be thinkin in a wrong way...anyways, waiting..... :)

Taken From R1 : " they told longggggggggggggggggg time ago that they'll update the mails to 250 mb... just noone knows when this time would be and as it seems they have no system in what they are doing... well microsoft...
anyway i still do have 2 mb also but my bf got 250 mb already... it sux they should upgrad them all at once "
