man no matter what u do , you wont be able to play any game with a latency below 500-600ms so remove FPS games off your list , also i have this internet cafe with world of warcraft ( a really cool online rpg) we tried to reduce latency as much as possible but it wouldnt go below 500-600 ms , our connection was from terranet ( i am not sure what backbone they got) , but imo online games in lebanon is almot impossible , i used to personally play warcraft online i used to get between 1-2 sec lag which can really kill u.

lol....get off terranet and the latency is not bad... iget 250 msec playing BF2 on my own server with freinds and round the same playing WoW.
