How to add money in my PayPal balance?

I used to live in UAE and I had a UAE Visa card and I linked it to my PayPal account. I moved to Lebanon in 2023 and my UAE Visa card expired. I need a way to add money to my PayPal balance so I can spend it from Lebanon.

I have Whish but unfortunately PayPal doesn't accept Lebanese credit cards. I got an idea which is to make a virtual Visa card and link it to my PayPal account and then add funds to the virtual Visa card by using my Whish card. I tested a lot of virtual Visa card services but I couldn't find one that supports Lebanon.

I saw https://lebgeeks.com/forum/d/18264 and it said that you can cash out to PayPal by using G2a Pay but unfortunately G2a Pay no longer supports PayPal.

What is the solution?

If Paypal supports internal transfers, you can ask a friend that has an account to make a transfer to you. Probably not a good long term solution, but should be OK for one-off payments that have to be done via Paypal.

Do you need it to buy something digital or physical? I have an account and can buy it if it's digital.

I have a PayPal account but no idea how to send money from Lebanon

I tried sending a lump sum from my bank a few years ago to a bank abroad, it got turned down from abroad, and my bank charged my like a $40 fee. So that was it.

We could work out something like you pay me cash and I transfer from my paypal to your paypal and you can spend them but right now I don't have much in my account ... actually how much do you want to spend?
