Yes! On the roaming plan. There are more than 2000 active devices in Syria. Hopefully Starlink will not ban it.

For the Starlink Standard Gen 3: it can reach up to 400Mbps/Down and 20-30Mbps/Up
For the Starlink Mini: it can reach up to 100Mbps/Down and 20Mbps/Up

Latency between 60-120

You can check a lot of results here

And in some crowded areas in Damascus where there are a lot of active devices, the Download speed is not reaching 5Mbps at night in the peak times 😅

Confirmed. Starlink worked with roaming plan. 82$ a month for unlimited use. Shipped to a country that isn't lebanon then roaming plan can be activated.

After several days of trying. And getting locked out of roaming upon reboot. I managed to find a fully working starlink exploit.
Unfortunately, for my own safety and security purposes I've decided not to share it. But I will say, if you have ideas, you should try them, this thing works in lebanon and when there's a will there's a way.
