nuclearcat Check "DIY router UPS" in youtube, if you are ready for tinkering with electronics. Feel free to ask here if you need advice.

Speaking of DIY, I've seen plenty of QC portable chargers here, do we have the module (didn't see one on ekt2) here for enabling 9-12-19v mode on USB-PD? I've thought about using a MCU instead Edit1: Something like this! https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/PSoC_Rocks/hacking-qualcomm-quick-charge-qc-2-0-3-0-with-attiny85-b7627d As you can see - it is fairly complex. Not sure it is worth it, maybe simple step-up converter module is easier? Or you need USB-PD specifically?
Toufic aside the tv, id go with a couple of power banks, 2 blue lights that can be recharged and this for your router: https://www.gomicrocity.com/product/mini-dc-ups-for-router-5v-9v-1/powbanups
