samer What are your favourite firewalls ? I use norton internet security, and zone alarm is nice too (I used to use it) .. there's also SyGate and BlackIce .. Note: using two firewalls can often create problems .

samer well protection isn't the only thing we search in a firewall ;) ... some of the other stuff is its stability and ease of use.
JorJ You Are Totaly Right! But It's Hard To Find A Firewall That Gives You Ultimate Protection And Stability At The Same Time (More Complex The Easier It Crashes;)).
Charly i used blackice when my OS was win 98... twas good, not bad...but sometimes i felt like punshing it :P every single .exe program i wanted to acsess came with a warning from a black ice "beware, might be a trojan blablabla"
samer isn't there a "don't pop this for that proggie again" type of option ? .. because it's so annoying to check each time, though its more secure !
Charly yeah there is, but only for that file, and u know, i'm not gonna install that program more than once.....so with each setup file, i have to check... it used to drive me crazy
