Laptops in Lebanon

I'm emigrating in a few days, and I need a good and cheap ultrabook since my previous lappy is dead, and I realized today that laptops in Lebanon are garbage. Overpriced, bad specs and not a single reliable ultrabook beneath $1500. There is not even much of a diversity in the market, its all HP and Lenovo. Why is that? I would have thought that the market for computers would have somewhat evolved from 10 years ago but I still find the same garbage being sold today.

Which country will be your next country of residence?

I would suggest getting the ultrabook as soon as you reach the other country since you saw that our market is flooded with kind of old laptops and overpriced stuff, plus let's not forget about about the higher USD to LBP rate that will make the price even double of what the laptop's worth.

i got huawei matebook ultra signature edition and im loving it, i got in when i went to thailand. buy the laptop when you land in the other country you'll get better specs and price.
