No I was refering to mini blom card holders, they are usd accounts after all, and the guy has 500$ in it.

Well I've asked the support about the card and all what he have said is to withdraw the money from the atm. I don't think the amount in the card is included in this circular as they treated as a different account. Anw i will contact them again to see if i could get better support to have better information about this case. But knowing the banks, I'm sure they will not accept to include it in the circular and forcing me to withdraw the money at 1507 rate.
Please let me know what they tell you, and remember don't shy away from them, I hear them talking among themselves, they do take comission on failed customer attempts.
Edit: Sorry, I don't mean commission, rather they pass their own transactions.

OP 8 pro is too expensive, the 7T is just very acceptable even with 50-60$ DHL and I don't use the camera a lot on smartphone anyway.

Yes I just saw it's stopped since last summer, so only Amazon gift cards left, there is a seller on Amazon US who can send directly to Lebanon 58$ shipment, dunno if I pick his option or DHL Easy shop

Blom bank Now offers a pre paid card under the name visa mini plus, you can fill it with 500$ max and spend up to 10,000$ a month. But it only take dollar meaning you will have to deal with the black market dudes and it have an online transaction fee of 1.5%

Try to talk to the seller, tell him another shop is selling it for 15$ so if he can make it 15$ too you will be a tremendous customer ;)
I tried explaining the situation. These sellers are so stubborn and careless. He almost told me to fuck off. Can't blame him, too weird to believe.
Wait until there is a discount or use a coupon when it is available !
