I am searching for a DP cable 1.4 in Beirut but I couldn't find any, some PC shops don't even know what is DisplayPort

I think I saw one in Carrefour (mall). Some Apple resellers have them as well.

Whats 1.4? I have a DisplaPort cable from Compuworld.
