I need to buy 3 IP cameras and a nvr with poe ports . I don't need enterprise grade cameras, i just need normal cameras 2 or 4mp with poe.

What brands do you recommend considering value/price ?
And where do you recommend to get these and get the best prices ?

I heard good things about hikvision and dahua ( lite series for low prices) .

You could find cameras in mazraa, bourj hammoud or check official resellers online to make sure what you buy is with warranty .
