hello awesome people
i have a Phantom 4 drone since middle of 2018.. worked normally without any hiccups .
I had to travel so it was left without a charge for around 6 months..
came today to recharge and the battery is completely dead .. no led turned on even after 24 hours of charging .
Dji support is non existent ...i opened a case but they did nothing - they just told me to check the retail who is amazon
what do you think it can be done ? i am sure the battery is just empty and refuse to recharge ...would be ok to get a cheaper third party battery ? there is around 100$ difference

i bought the drone in the USA , DJI support just bounced me off saying my warranty is finished and they can't solved it .
i bought another battery - will not be purchasing DJI brand anymore - chinese folks and their bad customer service is well known
