Ebay adding google pay as a payment method
Last time I checked, google pay did not work in Lebanon.

Edit: I have been using Google pay for a while for play store transactions. I mistakenly thought you bought something on ebay, then read it wasnt starting until next month. Hopefully, we will be able to have access to the goods on ebay since paypal isn't an option for us.
I never tried Google pay due to high commissions. (years ago not sure if there are any updates) I'm currently using paypal

Then I guess that is good news! Ebay seller do ship to Lebanon sometimes (if not you can get in touch and ask them to), and electronic merchandise, such as software licenses, etc. do not need shipping.
I downloaded the app on my phone and tried to register it gave me +88 as area code. So i contacted the online chat help, he said the GP is only for Bangladesh, also i checked for the countries where the app is allowed and Lebanon was not among them. I wonder how did you do it guys..

I don't mean to burst anybody's bubble but even if Google Pay becomes an option on eBay it doesn't mean you can buy everything. sometimes (depending on the merchant mostly) eBay checks the card linked to you payment option (such as PayPal or Google Pay in this case...) and may decline your payment if say your card is not issued from the US, or if the shipping and billing address are not the same. It happens to me all the times with my PayPal.
