Has anyone used their services. Their cards work on PayPal and they require bank statement or passport so they can let you make virtual cards. Their fees are 0.5% per loading. I'm hesitant about sending them a picture of my ID so I wanted to see if anyone here tried them before.

We don't have Paypal so how can this work?

Make an account in any other country. Most people use a canadian address. the problem isn't signing up, the problem is topping up. We used to use virtual CC services like entropay but those shutdown recently.
