My 1080p monitor feels pixelated and causes me eye strain when compared the my retina screen macbook.

I am considering getting a 4k monitor for my desktop, i saw this one https://pcandparts.com/samsung-u28h750uqm-28-ultra-hd-4k/ .

But i have no idea if it's a good screen (nice colors, quality...) and if it's worth the price.

It doesn't have to be big, just high pixels per inch.

Please advice.
It's a good new tn panel with quantum dot led but no hdr and thus no freesync 2..
You can find better screens for the price
You might also want to consider a 1440p screen. It's cheaper, easier to drive by a PC than a 4k screen, and should be enough to fix the pixelated pictures issue.

For Gaming go with

ASUS ROG Swift PG27UQ

For General Usage go with

Samsung U28E590D or LG 27UD88-W

Do not look for any HDR compatibility they do increase the price and ironically none of the monitors ( including the PG 27UQ or Predator X27 ) with price tags of 2000 USD fullfil all the HDR 10 requirements, and one of the core requirements is to have a native 10 bit Panel not 8 bit + FRC)
