Kazouza wroteMoving to France next week for 2 years (Master's degree in Architecture). Prices seem way higher than US. Any recommendations for websites with deals and such would be appreciated. Also I would like your opinion regarding the build.
1)Is the CRYORIG - H7 is a decent choice.
2)RAM options: [Corsair](

3)Not sure if the PSU is overkill.
4)What case fans would you recommend?
5)With the components I'm getting, is it better to get black or white case in your opinion?
6)I've never had an AMD CPU before, would you recommend Ryzen 7 2700x over the i7?
Intended use of the build
Autocad, 3dsmax, Revit, Rendering (v-ray), Photoshop, Gaming (Mostly WoW & Dota2, some AAA games if I find the time)
Budget
Around 2200$ or 1900 euros.

Good build overall be i suggest the following
Stick with i7 8700k it is the king in gaming still in the min and max fps and frame pacing
Ram choice is great at 3200mhz since new cpus love faster rams and posted that before why faster rams benefit gamers in moder CPUs
Change the motherboard to Maximus Hero X better VRM quality and voltage phases than the Rog Strix.
OC the i7 8700k to tis boost turbo (4.7 Ghz on 6 cores) @ 1.1V only , turbo boost work per clock not all cores are Sync on the max turbo boost frequency.
Go with a Corsair H110i Closed looped cooler or a NZXT Karken X62. The CPU thermals will be very good always regardless of the load.
For Case Fans I Suggest to look for Corsair LL series of fans , great looks / performance they add a very nice touch in the case.
The PSU is a very good choice with quality seasonic parts - 750 W is good , I suggest a 850 W actually to leave a 200W cuhsion always of you upgrade or change graphic cards along the road or add new things ( fans , rgb leds etc..). You need to add a 1000VA UPS with an AVR.
I suggest to go Western Digital instead of Seagate , WD Black Ed. 4TB 7200 Rpm , games are now bigger and bigger with big patches / updates. Or you can stick with one 2TB WD Black Ed. and add another one 2TB for a 4TB Raid 0 Volume with double the read / write of a regular mechanical HDD.
SSD Choice is Good
For the graphic card since you are building a new system I suggest to go with new gen an RTX 2070 or RTX 2080. But upu need to wait a bit ETA end of September for the RTX 2080 and Mid November for the RTX 2070.
For the monitor choice is is good but after a while go with a
PG 279q - 1440p @ 165hz IPS Gsync ,Gsync will enhance youe gaming experience. As a suggestion for a later investment.l since your budget is fixed now.
