Linksys x1000 Configuration to play Ps4 games

I have cyberia dsl subscription for 2mg and unlimited internet ... PS4 was working on my thomson router .. by working i mean it get logged in to all games ... I changed the router couple of days ago for linksys x1000 and the games failed to login .. i called cyberia and they suggested i change the subscription plan to have a public ip ... I need to know if someone did face such problems with linksys i opened ports related and disabled firewall and the games started logging in after several attempts but then logging me out while playing
