I've monitoring the prices in amazon for a couple of weeks now and I was astonished to find a 1060 for 265$ !
Even AMD GPUs are going down.

In Lebanon though, I still can't seem to find a GPU for a reasonable price yet (if you did please tell me!). And I don't think I will anytime soon because of computer cafes...First bitcoin miners now them.

What do you think?
If am gunna sell my reference 1080 what a good price for it these days?
Still the 1080 and 1080ti did not drop to an extent to say it is a drop if you check the current prices on Amazon. In Lebanon even with drop do not expect a parallel drop , they still have stocks bought at prices hikes due to Cryptominning added to profit margin and 11% vat will stack up.

For Example

Gaming X 1080ti:

Bought the Asus Strix 1080ti Gaming OC ( O11G) for 930 USD back in September 2017 and from Lebanon , still prices on Amazon are not very encourging. No real competition , Nvidia is leading and with high prices people are purchasing them. Speaking at Computex 2018, the company’s CEO Jensen Huang said that their release will be “a long time from now.” Next gen Nvidia GPUs might be announced in July " rumors" prices will stablize with the release of next gen architecture. AMD 7nm NAVI Gpus might ship late 2018 with reports highlighting a 1080 class performance @ 250 - 300 usd. For the near future I do not think their will be a major drop in prices , Ampere / Volta and Navi Releases will mark the start of a real drop of current gen.
