I’m travelling to the States this summer and we want to go on roadtrips. Was wondering if I can use the Lebanese license to rent a car there or would I have to do the international one?
Driving abroad with Lebanese license
The new driver's license technically can be used abroad, because it is translated into English directly on the document itself. I have not tried it though, and you probably want to ask around.

I'm a bit skeptic that you could use the new license abroad. In any case there is always the "international license" which you can use if you're not a resident of the country you're going to. I heard that you get it automatically which is a bit ridiculous considering how hard and expensive it is to get a driver's license in most other countries.
In any case I would recommend you to study the driving rules of the USA, so that you can stay safe and avoid trouble.

Thanks for your answers everyone!
The reason I was thinking I could use the new license by itself is because it’s already in English, and the international license is just a translation.
