OK, thank you. I might sound like the negative type who will rain on your parade and take away all your motivation!
I don't think that I am generally very much into partnering into an IT venture at the moment.
However, I have some criticism and comments about your idea in particular, and how you present it.
First, it might be confusing and hard to tell what it is, for non-IT-specialists. Is that not your target? If so then maybe you should refine your pitch.
Secondly it sounds like you will be competing with international giants. I don't know much about the market but I'm sure there are a few established global DNS-related services out there, for filtering ads and whatnot.
Finally the Lebanese market is small, and people don't seem to want to pay much.
Unless you know some clients who will be paying big money (in which case you're sort of doing consulting) - or unless you already have thousands of requests (that's a later stage I guess), adding features that clients request sounds like a sure way to waste your time and work for free.
So basically this does not sound like an interesting idea locally (business-wise), and for going global you will need a more aggressive approach around growth and more resources.
It would still make a nice project for learning and experimenting, and yeah it still has some potential to grow and become lucrative.
That's just what I think based on my impressions after reading your post, and hey I would love you to prove me wrong.
