Hey everyone,
I recently finished building my new 8th Gen desktop a couple of months ago and the only part that's still missing is a graphics card. I'm still using my 970 from my previous build which is keeping up fine in games, but I wanted to upgrade to a GTX 1080ti. Honestly wherever I check for the 1080ti its somewhere in the range of 1200-1400$, where it was around 800$ a few months ago. I know this is due to the cryptocurrency surge, but I'm wondering how am I gonna manage to get a new card close to the MSRP with all those inflated prices. I'm also considering just waiting for the new line of Ampere cards from NVIDIA which should be out in a couple of months. Any suggestions?
