Sorry for the late reply, everyone. When I first joined this community I had the intention to stay active, but when an admin deleted my post in the introduction board because he considered that "I was promoting myself" I lost interest honestly. it was my duty to reveal my identity out of transparency and to avoid any conflict of interest. Anyway...
Big thanks to everyone vouching and recommending my website in this thread and others.
infiniteloop wroteHe's the best in Lebanon, he does delivery to your home or work place, give you the choice of warranty or not, and even if it's a grey market unit he will give you about 7 days of warranty so if there is any factory fault he will swap it for free.
Ask for accessories like covers before he comes to you so he can prepare them
Salloum wroteHe is reliable. However I'd recommend always going with the official warranty, even though he offers a 7-day trial period, better stick to the manufacturer's warranty.
We've evolved from the days we used to give 7 days trial period. The minimum warranty now is 3 months. Warranty periods are 3, 6, 12 or 24 months and it's usually mentioned on the product page on my website.
beezer wroteJust bought a Mate 10 from there, no issues with the device so far so I can't really talk about aftersales support. The device was new in box.
I do wish they would accept Credit Cards on delivery outside of Beirut. Would also be nice if there was a print out of the invoice when your item is delivered, would make it feel more trustworthy, lol, don't know why.
We're working on accepting Credit Cards on delivery outside Beirut, the delivery company we work with is asking for higher fees than we usually charge our customers so we're trying to lower it to match the 2% we charge in Beirut.
ahb21 wrotePhonefinity currently has a OP5T in its preloved section on sale, its only been used for 11 days, the owner claims.
Should I actually buy the phone? I'll be asking for pictures of course, before ordering it but I'm very scared of the whole "second-hand" notion. I'm not a fan of second-hand phones. But I've mostly heard good things about the guy and the website so the phone could really be in mint condition, but then again he is a business man so I don't know.
Do any of you guys have any experience with second-hand phones from phonefinity?
I believe you were the one who bought that used OP5T. I hope you're enjoying it :)
