I agree with the issues of the website, I was not ordering that much lately so I can't tell if they became slower to ship, but I dont agree with the last thing you mentioned :
At least with sites like macrotronics, I get to talk to nice people who actually understand what the parts do not push you to buy other stuff
I had a very bad experience once with Macrotronics, they ship fast and they are nice but when a friend got a cheap HDMI cable that wasn't working between his gtx1060 and a 22" LG 1080p IPS display, I told him to get a 4k rated cable, he called me and gave the phone to a Macrotronics technician who said and I quote (with translation): "The gtx1060 requires a stronger screen to work with - 29 inch or more", I was like wtf! How is that related to the issue! Since when a larger screen is considered stronger! At the end the 4k hdmi cable worked fine.
Meanwhile with PCandparts they usually understand what works with what except when I ordered a Ryzen motherboard from them, they replied to me that this board will not work, I was like why are you selling it then! I showed them that my R5 1600 and my RAM kit are listed on the supported cpu/ram list since BIOS version 1.0, so thats a guarantee it will work, they insisted it wont work, I insisted on my order and everything worked fine, I still consider that as a higher level of debate compared to 'STRONGER SCREEN' one
