Hello,
About 10 days ago I bought the Cougar Armor S (not the normal Armor one) from Macrotronics.
As much as I like assembling things, I didn't really have time to work on the chair so I agreed with them that the guy delivering it would assemble it for free.
I expected the process to take no more than 15 mins as it seems pretty forward. However, the guy took 45 mins (I am not exagerating) to attach the back to the base (on the sides with 2 screws on each side).
The reason for that ? Well after attaching one side, the metal part on the other side was way too far from the seat for the screws to reach and go in. I was helping him and pulling with all my strength until we managed by some fluke to make the screws go in.
I am writing to ask if anyone else had a similar experience with any gaming chair brand.
Also, do you think the metal plates on the sides of the backrest will break due to being under a lot of tension/stress (because they weren't close to the backrest in the first place) ?
