Is it normal that this month, I am paying 1.5 $ additional fees?

1.5 $ is nothing but when I pay for 3 accounts 2.8 $ additional fees each( 1 $ bank 1.5 $ unclear by sodetel and 0.30 $ changing plans) it is becoming more and way more than your estimations. 10 additional $ on a monthly bases for my load balanced setup :(
