  • From an Owner of a PC , PS4 Pro and Xbox One X

Here is my honest unbiased opinion :

Xbox One X has a memory bandwidth more than a GTX 1080 ( 320 vs 326 Gb/s ) a 6 Tflops GPU and 12 GB of GDDR5 ( 9 GB of GDDR5 for games developers ) it can pull some native 4k at 30 fps medium setting or 4k 60 fps such as racing less demanding titles than AAA titles. Also with a UHD HDR Player and a controller for a USD 500 console package it acceptable from me as a pc gamer enthusiast.

But in the titles lunched many has Dynamic 4k = fake 4k , checkerboard 4k = fake 4k , and 1800p = fake 4k and on the fake 4k 30fps with dips . I would rather play on 1080p locked 60 fps rather with fake 4ks and dips due to the limited CPU power of the One X. I have the One X , A Gaming Desktop with an i7 , SSD and 1080ti and the Pro. To me PC Gaming is a real 4k and you pay and you will get what are you paying , 2160p 60 fps High to Very High Setting on the 1080ti and PS4 Pro for Sony Exclusives. The PS4 PRO vs Xbox One X share a lot with their fake 4k and 30fps titles , I didnot see a major leap than a boost in dynamic resolution and main resolution , but the PRO in it self is good for a Console.

Sony AAA Titles Exclusives edges MS gameplay , story , image fidelity and new physics and animations are solid and the trend will continue in 2018.

Decima engine on the Pro looks very solid. Xbox One X / Microsoft lacks the pool of AAA titles exclusives that Sony Develops.

To me

PC for an Ultimate Gaming Experience
PS4 PRO For Exclusives
Xbox One X for 4k HDR Movies with a capable HDR10 TV " I have the Sony X930E 55inh 4K TV"

Happy Gaming All
Yeah I got a PC and a PS4.
The exclusive are worth it, if you can afford it. Also having a PS4 is a good addition to the living room. Inviting friends over, playing with siblings. Even my mom is using it as a way to browse youtube on TV.

PC is more of a ... PC: Personal computer. The ultimate gaming experience as you said. I can feel stuttering on PS4 while playing GT5 when on PC I feel none, even though the graphics look better on PC.
