What is the best brand of powerbank that is available in lebanon? And where can i find it?

Pcandparts have tp link only. Is it reliable?

Thank you for the quick help!
I would consider a power-bank that has the following features:
1) at least 10000 (2-3 charges)
2) Quick Charge 3.0 or similar
3) USB type-C (future proof)
+
built in charging cable is a plus

what brand? and where can i find this?

the choice is very limited in lebanon
My cousin works for a wholesale cellphone and accessories dealer in Lebanon. Look for a brand called Remax. Very good products and reliability.

Where can I find this brand? I have checked 4-5 shops and all they have is some weird chinese brands.
Just go to Virgin Megastore,
They have the "Anker" brand, it is a famous brand (you can check it on Amazon)
they are a bit pricier than those shitty Chinese brands, but at least you will buy a good product.

Good luck.

Try M2---I think they have the Anker brand and some others, but many, including myself find them sort of pricey. https://www.m2.com.lb/en/1456-smartphone-accessories#/manufacturer-anker

Choices that I know of are:

-> Anker (m2) best but most expensive ~50$ for 20k QC3.0
-> aukey (maybe aliexpress?)
-> Samsung (samsungctc.com) fairly affordable and good brand
ADATA powerbanks in carrefour are good.
I got a 10000mah powerbank for 40k LL.

i spent 2 hours a few days ago to look for a good power bank only to notice at the end that aliexpress don't ship power banks to Lebanon....

Samsung power banks are very expensive. The 8000 mah one costs 42$!! low value for the money

sadly not. i just checked. power banks are not shipped.
hey, i got a Xiaomi 10 000 mah and a MiPow 10 000 mah both from ali (both for 20ish dol), just ask the seller to ship through turkey post, shouldn't be an issue
and absolutly do not buy Xiaomi power bank from a random shop, most of the one we have here are fakes, unless you buy from that guy :
https://www.facebook.com/techmilebanon/
he imports Xiaomi stuff from China using official channels, then sells them for a small profit here.

Is the following item refurbished? Does certified mean it was refurbished?

https://www.amazon.com/Qualcomm-Certified-Jackery-26000mAh-Portable/dp/B01MU8V44L
No, it is new. Look on the right is says Buy New 39.99. Refurbished or used would be clearly stated. As for certified, it is mainly BS. Don't dwell too much into it.
A computer shop that bring items from Amazon to lebanon told me to pay attention because this item is refurbished. for him certified means certified after being refurbished and this is what explain the big discount in the price from 120 to 40$.

If you dig a bit more, qualcomm certified is a designation that the product is compatible with quick charge from qualcomm--nothing more. The drop in price could be explained by many things including trying to clear out year end stock, discontinuing the product line or other factors. There are other items that say certified, but in the US if they are refurbished or not new, they always state that or else they will face all kinds of legal trouble. For example, apple sells 'apple certified refurbished iphones' example, Dell sells Dell certified refurbished computers, etc.

I am not sure what the guy at the shop was telling you--either he is misinformed or feeding you a line of BS (which is typical for this country).
