if you can wait, then wait since PCandParts are cheaper without promotion.

PC and Parts show their prices without 10% V.A.T, so $865 + 10% = $951 > $899 from Khoury

do you recommend to deal with such stores or do I stick to the known ones (pcandparts, microcity...)

Actually I think Selfani Tech is on the rise. I bought a Note 8 from him a few weeks ago which came with a legit CTC warranty with a price less than CTC) and checked all of his stuff, everything from PS4 games to laptops, and all seems legit. His store is quite small but he has several branches next to each other so I guess it works out for him.

Anyways, my point is that he seems legit enough if that is your concern, and more and more people I know are buying stuff from him. I think he can become a legit competitor to pcanparts.

Another store is Mojitech which I also highly recommend; this guys regularly has the same items as pcandparts but for a marginally less price and with free delivery. So there is that, and also the fact that you can visit both stores unlike pcandparts.
