Really fishy about. You can pass by my and validate them. It usually depends on the UK seller and luck. I knew many of my friends who received recently their items too.

After 3 months and 10 days of my order, the status of one of the items(iPhone 11 pro) was finally changed from "On the way to Libazon UK" to "Its on the way to you"
But the other item (TV) is still "On the way to Libazon UK".

Libazon increased their prices in LBP; meanwhile USD is falling down. It the fall is persistent , their value proposition will be applicable to the law of diminishing return.

Libazon orders now need between 3-4 months to deliver. I don't know what is their problem maybe due to lots of order

You can safely add 4 weeks on your orders due to UK lockdown

I am in UK right now, the lockdown will affect non essential shops, I dont think postage will stop, I order stuff online weekly and will check if it will get affected by the Lockdown that will start this Thursday

Some one wrote his/her review on trustpilot. Any validation please?

Ask for a refund ASAP... since july all they are doing is collecting the money and using it in the black market to make profit by selling and Buying USD. Dont wait for your orders since they are not placed and wont be plus if you ask they cannot provide you with any document or proof that they made any order for you.

Their platform is linked to Ebay UK and you can find the same items they pretend to buy on it and if you ask any shipping company in lebanon they can confirm you that today the process of buying an item from ebay uk and delivering it to your doorstep wont take more than 1 WEEK so for sure the 3 and 4 months delay period and the covid19 excuse is not believable anymore.

And to make sure that what im saying is right in case you know someone who owns an OMT shop ask them to tell you in what section Libazon is placed now on their system and they will confirm you that they are no longer in the retail/seller section but instead they are placed under the same category of exchangers

Did anyone besides Tech Guru did a refund and actually received his money?
I have a 10 million lbp order from them and i can't wait longer.

Will i be able to cash them out if i did a refund? How much time will i wait to get it?

Also is the refund per order or per item? Its because i have some items in 1 order that i can wait for forever, but items in the same order that i need now.
