anayman_k7 wroteI'm glad it worked for you, please keep an eye on your remaining months of warranty coverage, In case you feel that you can't risk it and you want to replace the motherboard be aware that PCandparts will request the parts needed to boot (cpu, cooler, board, ram and maybe boot drive), also they charge you the shipping, and in case they want to replace a defective item that has been sold more than 3 months ago they will recharge the TVA value of the item. With all that said they are still very good in RMA and replacing defective products or even fixing them (once I bricked my board while updating BIOS and they fixed it for only shipping charges)
Thanks man Ill keep that in mind.
An update, tried gaming today, the Core Speed dropped to 800mhz again. So I went to my last resort, I disabled BD PROCHOT on ThrottleStop, and it instantly went up to 4000mhz.
I'm guessing it's a sensor malfunction.
I'll contact PcandParts.
