Well Mate I will highlight to you certain hints , as a hardware enthusiast :
For 600 USD , you will not get a 144hz 2k Gsyn Monitor - You will get a 2k ir ultra wide 144hz only , but Gsyn or Free Sync are two techs that truely worth the investment in (especially on sub 60 fps experience they eliminate stutter and makes the over all experience much fluid. The Asus ROG Swift PG279Q which is 2k 144hz Gsyn IPS Monitor - currently retail for approximately 900 USD in Leb , which I highly recommend.
The 1080ti is a great card , crown of performance now. But I would rather wait for volta -ETA around September - Newer architecture - more performance , less price , and new add-ons (Like HDMI 2.1 , HBM 2 , better Direct X 12 Performance , Less Power Draw , More Head of Custom PCBs OCs etc.. ).
The Tt Smart Series is good , however for overall system stability & stable DC Voltages &Amps outputs I would pay more and get a better one. A win investment on the long run and life cycle of your PC. Especially , the bad electricity in LEB and sudden cut offs with no grounding in general , a decent 1200VA UPS is highly recommended too.
The CPU Cooler - Stay away from Tt. Get a decent cooler such as
Corsair Hydro Series H110i (plug and forget) a very reliable liquid closed loop with no leakages , and very solid material.
As For Peripherals:
KeyBoard: Corsair K70 LUX Mechanical KeyBoard (I Prefer Brown MX Switches)
Mouse: Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum -Professional Grade Gaming Mouse (Wireless/None Wireless Modes)
Chair: Cougar Armor Gaming Chair (Very Comfy /Reliable) and less than the price of DX Racer Chairs - MEIT will soon ship Tt Chairs they seem decent too.
