It doesn't have the flexibility, I need to be able to rotate my phone in a way to video capture things from top too (e.g. contents of cooking bowls), while still being able to see the other side on my phone screen.

I need something with the flexibility similar to a desk lamp, with a base to let it rest on any surface (without a clamp).
