Jimonzo Greetings fellow geeks. Has anyone heard about OSL "Online Services Lebanon" ? Need to buy an asus monitor off amazon through them. Anyone tried them before ? Thanks.

anayman_k7 10% for them + Customs + Clearance, thats too much to pay in my opinion, it might be a good option in case you want to get something from ebay, but personally I guess that is using Aramex ShopandShip service is cheaper. As for your case, shipping a heavy item like a monitor can eventually ends it to be more expensive than local market, be aware that there is a limit for 1 million LBP and above that the taxes will increase a lot, also the customs will place an estimated value of your item, in my case a 300$ cpu was estimated to be 50k LBP value, and a 100$ motherboard was estimated to be a 150k LBP value, also a 360$ 3x500GB SSDs were estimated to be 50k LBP value also, so they value based on weight and volume (I heard sometimes they google the price and it could be a nice balance in case item was big and cheap), so there is no guarantee on much you will pay. If you can wait a couple of weeks, I ordered some car headlight bulbs for 50$ amount, costs 11$ shipping from Aramex, I expect to pay extra 10$ to 15$ for customs + TVA because the package size/weight is small, but no guarantees
