Not exactly true. Huge numbers used are probabilistic primes. Since generating provable primes takes a lot more work. So generating a database of exact prime numbers might not do the trick, it will miss some of the numbers selected.
AI can detect patterns on simple encryption algorithms, and even though you would need pieces of the original encrypted text to be able to generate the keys.
As for bruteforce, that's totally out of the way, specially when you go up in key length.
Of course they won't be using brute force.
But, they are one of the best intelligence agencies in the world so people working on these projects are qualified enough to create the most sophisticated of AI systems.
I agree with you that it is very hard and complicated, but it also could be the only way to do such a thing.
