I have some blogging ideas that can have many visitors but I want to try it free at first, would I make money using the wordpress free blogging?
Should I add a visitors counter to show ads companies (local and international) that my blog has tons of visitors?

What matters most is you writing good content and building an audience around it. It doesn't matter where you host it. Once you have an audience, you will hopefully find advertisers that are interested in talking to that audience.

Thanks, and is Wordpress automatically publish your blog in google search or you have to pay for that?

Hey!
Google uses web crawlers to find websites, and other sorts of data to detect traffic on that website, so No, as long as your page is online, you dont pay anyone to put your page on Google's Search Engine, just be sure to add tags to be easily discoverable and look in SEO tools that'll help YOU understand the users/visitors to your site and maybe you can show that data to possible ad agencies. Also look into AdWords(or is it AdSense?).
Best of Luck!

Visitor counters don't look very professional / serious (IMHO).
Build a solid reputation and steady traffic, and you won't have to try to convince companies with flimsy visitor counters.
You can then place content for companies, for SEO purposes. Don't think that ads are the only way!
You could also try to recruit others to write on your blog. I have some ideas too!
Whatever you do, maintain your quality, so that you can maintain quality customers and contributors and be unique.

Just to add to what the other users said, try not to focus on view count. The most important thing is user retention, because 1,000 of the same users coming back outweighs a one time 10,000 spark of users who may not visit again. This all comes down to your content in the end, and then after you may even be able to do affiliate marketing or host your own PPC etc.
You just need to initiate your strategy with the mentality of blogging is my passion, and then the money comes afterwards. These people who host ads on your site use a lot of KPIs such as click through rate, bounce rate, retention rate, duration etc to make sure their busget is effectively being placed on a reputable site.

I see some successful amateur blogs like mobile phone reviews ones are even invited by samsung for the S8 release, though like a real business you need to invest first some thousand $ in buying your first phones to post at least a monthly review on youtube to catch people interest. I have found a real booster for my visits, I just add my blog address in my signature in the forums that share the same interest and I just have to answer there in some threads, let's say on 50 people who read a post in X forum you always have 10 of them who will be curious enough to visit my blog in my signature. Now like you said I must let them come back, I added a registration for an email news, so logically every-time I add a new stuff in my blog it should send an email to the members.
Now starting when ads people will knock on my door? I mean how can they know I reached popularity?
