random-username I have a very demanding job that requires me to stay a lot of overtime, I used to go to the gym at night after work, but nowadays it has become a mental battle trying to force myself to workout after a hard day's work. Does anyone know a gym in Beirut that opens at 6 am or earlier?
xazbrat IIRC, there was one in Quraitem that was 24 hours, but that was a few years ago. Your best bet may be to check the hotels like the Phoenicia or Grande Plaza, but there facilities may not be as nice for the price.

random-username I live in around Kornish El Mazraa. Was subscribed to Gymbo for a while, but it opens at 7 am. I'm into bodybuilding, right now I'm just trying to rebuild all the gains I've lost from being a lazy ass. Any clue on the subscription fees for the gyms you mentioned?
h-s Why not buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells/an adjustable bench and train anytime you want at home? That's what I am currently doing. I had a similar situation.Trained for 7 straight months in a gym, had noticeable gains. Stopped for two months and just after two weeks I started to gradually lose all the gains I had. You can get results close to the ones you had at the gym except for the lats and upper back muscles, having a pull-up bar around the house will do the job or you can hit the gym once per week.
