Hello folks, I have built a new PC recently and have installed Windows 10 and everything was working fine for two weeks but then suddenly the computer started restarting after the log in screen. I have tried everything with no results, so I decided to format it. Now after the format, I can't install Windows because it keeps restarting when the installation gets to (getting file ready 22%).
I got a BSOD with a "MEMORY MANAGEMENT" and "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL " error.
I tried to install different OS and memtested my RAM with zero error, I tested my RAM on another PC and they worked fine and tried the other RAM on my board with no result.
Is it possible that the mobo or cpu gone bad and needs to be replaced?
I tested the system with no Graphic Card just the essential components (mobo, ram, cpu, ssd, psu)
I searched the entire web but didn't find a solution. Has anyone faced a similar problem or does anyone know a solution?
Do we have here in Lebanon any professional PC repair shops? Can someone recommend a place that can troubleshoot my problem?

Actually, this sound familiar, but i forgot what happened with me, 2years+ ago, my rig was newly built too
Maybe your RAM is not seated well? You do know you have to push the RAM all way so the clip ticks and it becomes real stable in its slot

Check if everything is in place before assuming it's a hardware problem.
And where did you get it from?

Try it with 1 stick of RAM, and if the error happen switch the RAM slot or the RAM stick, try all the combinations to check if a RAM slot on the board is not working well or if 1 of the RAM stick is not working well.
Also make sure the RAM is seated well as the guys said

RAM sticks are well placed and I tested all the RAM slots on board and my RAM sticks worked fine on another board.
Plus the UEFI is showing all the RAM info correctly

Did the pc work normal when you used your built in vga? If so i would test the gpu on another system with other components (other mobo and ram) there are several reasons for BSODs so you have to do the tryanderror way , mine was from a ram slot , so you have to test all your parts one by one.

The pc keeps restarting even when I use the built in vga.
How can I test CPU and MOBO one by one? I don't have other compatible system!!
what ever I do pc keeps restarting every time it reach windows installation.

I guess its ur Mobo and has something to do with your Bios perhaps?!
Try installing another Windows.

I reset the BIOS to default setting several times and removed the CMOS battery.
I tried different windows version as well as linux ubuntu and mini windows.

I didnt mean...reset the BIOS....i was thinking of more like, flashing newer BIOS perhaps?! O.o

I flashed the latest BIOS version too :)

RAM or board for sure
Satfoun
WHy dont you contact the place you got all your stuff from?! They sure could help
Or even contact the manifacturer themseleves , it can always help somehow, trust me
Its either that, or they tell you that a part is defective or faulty and needs to be replaced haha
He said the RAM is fine, which leaves it to his MOBO
