UHD is a must for 60 Inches and above.55 on the limit. lower than that, go for FHD.

Don't pay extra money for nothing unless you are looking for HDR, a tech that is not yet mature enough. (Not a huge difference)
From rtings, at 2.4m no difference between FHD and 4K for 50''

Thank you for proving me right:)
Tech Guru will kill us :)
Anyway let's hope next year samsung will drop UHD section to series 5 and 6 for the ''masses'' and make series 7 SUHD only so we can have good offers, sony in Lebanon is dead
There are similar stats for people who are considering buying 1080p HDTV's 32" or below---simply not worth it because of the same underlying reasons.
well not all eyes are the same.Even among people who don't wear glasses, some have much sharper vision than others and therefore the benefits of a higher resolution will be more apparent to them than others. I suggest that you look at all options at a shop before buying, and don't forget that if you don't have access to 4k content you may be paying for something you cant take advantage of
Was playing COD Infinite yesterday night with 1680p (3k?) DSR and 4:4:4 color space, it was superb!
I doubt a regular UHD TV can give me better results, only a SUHD with its HDR thingy could and it's pretty expensive for now

hahah I'm sure, if he follows his heart, he will. But technically he will adopt what you're saying.
I've read somewhere that playing FHD on UHD tv might make thing worst.(blury pic)

Right but with a small margin.
