rolf wroteMaybe you can clean it yourself, I think it's mostly a matter of having the right wipes, cleaning solution, plyers and a low dust environment.
But, sorry, I don't have a particular address in mind.
How often do you clean your sensor anyway? You're only supposed to when the dust is having an effect and will not go away with air. That should not be often.
Had 2 spots out of the box on my sensor, one of them had a faint ghosty spot trace at F11 which is the smaller aperture I use, so I bought an air blower to blow them away, meantime other dust came by and they reached about 10 before cleaning, after 5 rounds of air blowing I could get rid of the dust from day 1 and some others but new ones came too in a fraction of second (the time to re-mount the lens), so now I have 8 dust spots at F22 on a blue sky but this is considered normal and anyway nobody use F22 specially with Fuji as they have diffraction above F11, now I still have one very faint spot on the left lower border at F11 that will not show in real life as there will always be something in this part of the photo, the other dust are all invisible at F11.
So now I can accept to live with or use my warranty to ask for a free sensor cleaning at Antaki when I will buy my next lens (23mm F2), I don't know if they are as good as Nikon Lebanon cleaning center because if they aren't they could increase the dust spots.
Edit: Yes in closed room but in dusty Beirut thanks to pollution and constructions sites nearby.
Yes I always do everything with sensor facing down to lower the risk of new dust coming in
