I'm an 12th Grade Student (LS) and im thinking of applying to LAU(Computer Science) soon.
I just recieved the October SAT I score and i got an 970 and bad essay average (4/5/6), Im thinking of retaking but that would remove my advantage at submitting an early admission .My average school grades are like 13-14/20
And fortunately won the First place in the Science Fair(Mobile App) - and Won the 3rd place in the Summer Camp (both at LAU)
Im really Curious if my grades or activities have a good rate at being accepted to LAU.
Any advices are appreciated ?
I had less grades than you (better in the SAT though), and I got accepted in Computer Engineering there, they accept almost anyone with okay grades. Since you're going for CS, I'm almost certain that it's a yes.
You should get in.
Which school plays a factor too. A 13 in a well known school can be compared to 15 in another school.
Each school has some sort of "ranking".

Your SAT is a bit on the low side but I think it'll be enough for LAU. Good luck!
i think you will be accepted. the maximum they ask for is an intensive english course for the first semister. if they asked for intensive english course, and you think you can get a better grades in SAT you can repeat it. you should ask for the SAT grade required to get in without the intensive english class. admission office will tell you
