I bought recently a PS4 , I tried to log in on PSN but I couldn't (error ws-37397-9 ), however I can log in on the internet.
I tried to use my 3G connection, and I was successful to log in both on PSN and internet.
I called IDM, and they send me an email about NAT Type Procedure and changing IP address, but still I cant log in on PSN.
Any suggestion what to do?
