DG wroteLine attenuation is very good. SN Margin "down" is also very good (at your current speed)... the only problem might be the SN Margin "up".
Are you on a 2Mbs ? If yes, you can try. If you are on a lower speed (1Mbps, 512Kbps, etc...) then you might have a problem with SN Margin "up" and even "down" as well when you get upgraded.
Thanks for the replies, my current package is 4Mb/s.
I've called them before, and they always tell me the same thing "your line can't handle it."
How do I convince them that it can and I have the numbers?
