So basicly i need help with ram upgrade, i have the lenovo y700 15lsk, it has 2 slots for ram, it came with ddr4 2x4gb(8gb in total), it supports 32gb(2x16), but im really confused of the number of pins, speed....etc, i checked pcandparts, and these are the ones that i guess are good:

HyperX Fury 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Desktop Memory Model HX424C15FBK2/32 for $145.00

HyperX Savage 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4-19200) Desktop Memory Model HX424C14SBK2/32 for $163.00

HyperX Predator 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3000 (PC4-21300) Desktop Memory Model HX430C16PBK2/32 for $183.00

HyperX Predator 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000) Desktop Memory Model HX430C15PB3K2/32 for $197.00

The problem is i dont know if they are even compatible with the laptop, and pcandparts listed some of the ram and didnt say that its sdram, according to my searches they are sdram.
So are the above compatible, and which one is the best, and if there is better please suggest.

what is your usage for the laptop ? if gaming then I would suggest the cheapest ram you can get as ram speed doesnt affect gaming , as far as the ram upgrade support for the laptop , you could look it up on google , I didn't help much but I tried my best since the thread has no answers , Cheers :D
My friend these are desktop ram modules, i dont know if it got mixed up when you researched. You should be looking at SODIMM ram modules. They are located at the notebook and accessories tab on pcandparts.

As alpha said you dont need highest speed ram, BUT since games are being ported from the consoles and the way they share gpu ram and system ram, sadly higher speeds are do generating more fps. So search for the fastest/cheapest ram you can get. What you really dont need is high density, 16g is more than enough, unless you use them or able to afford them, then by all means go ahead.
