I just want to say, when I need to test a lightweight website, LG is great. For example, right now, I am trying to evaluate Chrome battery usage. Lebgeeks is pretty lightweight, so if battery drains real quick (which it seems to be doing), then I know what to blame.
I also use it to check my connection, for the same reasons.
I wish more sites were like this. Ok well it could use some novelty, and some change, and responsive CSS. It is not perfect, but it's lean!
I'm so sick of bloat and inefficiency in this field, I am considering dedicating myself to doing something about it. Some sort of research. But that is best left for another thread.
I am just talking about the technical side, but feel free to pitch in with more.

I definitely agree with you. For me, it loads even faster than google!
When my connection sucks (most of the times), I can't browse anything, any website will take forever to completely load (if it loaded).
Lebgeeks still loads as fast as the blink of an eye!

This thread reminded me of when they changed the theme. I absolutely hate this one and wanted the old one back but now this looks much better. It could be slickier but its still good.

Thanks for the kind words Rolf! It was intentional to keep things lightweight considering that most members live in Lebanon where the internet is slow and subject to quota limitations.

There isn't a single picture to load, so it makes sense. I love how fast the website is, it makes the experience that much better.

I agree, this is the fastest website I have access to. Thanks samer for all the work !

True, when ma broadband limit is depleated , and during those 2hours penatly for it to recharge ( the speed is at max 10KB\s) This website opens normally haha
